Be in control of your live dashboard as a customer

To measure is to know. We all know this age-old saying, but did we think that in 2022 it would still be as relevant? Well, we may have left the old measuring rod behind, but today we want our data dashboards and Google Analytics as close to us as possible. As marketers, we know that measuring online data is critical.

Where are those results?

In our ‘digital first’ world, it is unthinkable that we as marketers would not have an overview of the results of online and offline campaigns. There is no agency that would leave you out in the cold as a client in this area: you will get your results. But when?

Analyzing results, compiling them and putting them into Excel tables does not happen by itself. There is someone who works hours, sometimes even days, to give you a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation and then explain it in an online or physical meeting. Interesting figures to be sure, but unfortunately also outdated after a week.

Always up-to-date data with live dashboarding

At Living Stone, we work with Google Data Studio and HubSpot for many of our clients.

Google Data Studio is an online tool that gives you the chance to see, analyze and download all the results of all active campaigns in one click. HubSpot is perhaps a slightly more well-known tool that also includes a CRM package and supports both marketing and sales flows.

This not only gives a professional, up-to-date overview of data, but also gives more time to thoroughly research and analyze that data and then easily pour it into a presentation. Everything happens live. As a client, you can use your login to easily view the results yourself whenever you want.

Especially for a long-term relationship with a customer, these two tools with integrated live dashboarding are a real win-win situation. The biggest project management cost is in building the dashboards and putting them live. Once these are operational, we are at the wheel together and as a customer you are always up to date. More time, less administration and lower costs.

More about Google Data Studio and HubSpot

Google Data Studio is a tool offered by Google, if you actually stay in the Google environment. What about Facebook, Instagram and other important channels? For this, we use Super Metrics: a plug-in that connects most common marketing channels to your Google Data Studio. This is an extra service that we use for many of our clients and that clients are very happy with.

As a customer, you benefit even more from HubSpot because you can really connect everything within this environment: CRM, sales, website data, social media, mailing campaigns and blogs. So you can see in real time what is happening in your environment and which campaigns scored well or not so well.

A live dashboard means multiple advantages

To sum up, these are all the advantages that you as a customer have with a live dashboard:

  • You don't need any technical knowledge to view all your reports and data yourself
  • You can monitor your campaigns immediately and in real time
  • You can clearly set the KPIs you want to measure
  • Because everything happens live, you don't have to wait for figures, and you van download everything immediately as a PDF
  • You are in the driver's seat and can "turn the knobs" yourself if you wish

Bees: small wings, big impact

Bees are small and vulnerable. And yet they are indispensable: they pollinate, keep ecosystems in balance and enable growth. Their strength lies not in their size, but in their cooperation, resilience and the value they add. 🐝 That idea is encapsulated in the name The Bee Academy. This organisation helps IT professionals who, after burnout, stroke or other setbacks, want to find their place in the labour market again. Like bees, they play an invisible but indispensable role in our society. With the right opportunities, they can contribute, grow and flourish again – for themselves and for the organisations they end up working for.
